FC 24 rsquos new Hypermotion 2 Technology brought a new but very important feature, acceleRATE types into the game on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. There are three different types of acceleRATEs, with each one making players run quicker at differing points of their movement.

Early on in the FC 24 game cycle, players discovered those with the Lengthy acceleRATE were outrunning players who had more pace than them.

Originally, many players thought the latest patch notes for Title Update 4 reference these new changes to acceleRATE types on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. The patch notes mention that the latest update has addressed an issue where ldquoin some cases, players could incorrectly slow down when attempting to dribble with the ball. rdquo

The dribbling slowdown could have happened at times when sprinting with the ball, and the slowdown most commonly affected players with high dribbling-related Attributes.AcceleRATE values are unimpacted by this. 2/3
